Organizational Coaching Practice and Supervision
Still have lots of questions after completing the Organizational Coaching module? That's no surprise, because in practice, transformation processes rarely go according to the textbook. That's why it's important to accurately assess the client's situation and apply approaches and tools flexibly and precisely.
That is exactly what this module is about. Based on your own cases, we will work out how you can effectively set a focus for the process and in the design, whether as an internal or external organizational coach.
This will give you more confidence in initiating and carrying out organizational coaching assignments—both internally and externally—and sharpen your role vis-à-vis clients and stakeholders.
