Coaching Practice Put to the Test (CPP)
How effective am I as a coach? This can be assessed in a tangible and transparent way using internationally calibrated, process-oriented, and evidence-based observation criteria.
In the CPP (Coaching Practice Put to the Test) module, your coaching practice is continuously put to the test to develop your potential as a coach.
Furthermore, you will receive support in developing your coaching level to meet the demanding criteria of the ICF certifications for ACC and PCC.

- Working with researched and calibrated international valid coaching quality criteria.
- Getting to know your own strengths and weaknesses as a coach
- Developing a personal coaching style
- Ethical standards in coaching & appreciative handling of diversity
- Listening to or observing coaching sessions and joint evaluation
- Peer consultation and supervision by ICF mentor coach and certified supervisor.
- Individual sessions (3 hours) mentor-coaching and supervision for you individual development as a coach.
- Individual performance assessment based on criteria for ICF performance evaluation
Since it takes time to become a professional coach, this module spans a time period of seven to nine months.
We recommend booking this module either in conjunction with the Executive Coaching module (leads to ICF ACC certification) or together with three modules of your choice (leads to ICF PCC certification).
Also suitable for coaches who have already completed coach-specific training
