The Timetable for Your Journey

Our programme combines various best practices from the world of coaching to give you the opportunity to complement your repertoire of leadership skills. The programme consists of two 2 1/2 day face to face modules, which take place at least two weeks apart, depending on the date. 

One week after each face to face module, there is a 1 1/2 hour online session in which experiences made are discussed and questions answered. Collegial case counselling also takes place in this context. Here, all participants have the opportunity to bring along an anonymised case from their everyday life, which is then discussed in the group. The different backgrounds that all participants bring with them as leaders create the opportunity to create synergies and learn from each other.

The Leadership Choices Concept

The key to the success of our programme lies on the one hand in the practical application of the various methodologies and on the other hand in the experience of our coaches. With the help of peer consultations, role plays, group discussions and real client coaching sessions, you will learn how to apply the content you have learnt directly. As these are techniques for dealing directly with employees, practical application is our top priority. This is why you will be prepared for the dynamic everyday situations in which you will later use the knowledge you have gained.

Due to the high complexity of the content of our programme, it is very important to us that it is taught by highly experienced coaches. In Karsten Drath, Managing Partner of Leadership Choices with over 20 years of management experience, and Conchita Rodriguez Franco, who has been working as a coach with multinational companies since 2001, you will have experts by your side who understand the complex challenges of your everyday life.
