Better Leadership – Better Organizations - Better World: those three areas of impact go hand in hand for us. We believe that leaders have a responsibility for the people they lead, for the organizations and the cultures they help to build and for the society and the environment in which they operate. And as coaches, we share this responsibility with them. We take our vision seriously and want to contribute to a better world for all of us. That is why we have established a community that specifically focuses on supporting Non-Profit-Organizations which focus their activities on the sustainable development goals of the United Nations. In this BetterWorld Community we develop partnerships to foundations and NGOs in order to become a trusted partner to support organizations in the social, environmental, or educational space with professional coaching, leadership workshops and resilience development.
