The Process of Resilience Coaching
To help you with this complex task, we at Leadership Choices have developed FiRE Resilience Coaching. As a coaching programme with certified coaches specializing in resilience, it is the optimal tool to build your resilience in a sustainable way. This programme consists of a 5-hour coaching package, which you and your coach can design and schedule with complete flexibility. This means that the coaching is completely tailored to your needs. Together with your coach you will find out where you are and where you want to go.
Your coach will contact you immediately after your booking and you are free to choose how you want to spend the five hours of your coaching session. You decide what you want to discuss, and your coach helps you to develop a more resilient way of dealing with the challenges of your daily life. Because your coach responds individually to your specific needs, this type of coaching is particularly effective.
For me, this was a chance to look at myself in a safe environment, to find out more about my strengths and weaknesses in this context and to set targeted impulses for further development.
