Bill’s focus is on helping his clients make fast, tangible, significant improvements to their overall business performance through enhanced flexibility in behavioural choices in given situations.

He began his career in executive coaching in 2003 and his work to date has mostly been in the UK and Central Europe, with clients in the banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals and automotive sectors. His business background – prior to becoming one of the co-founders of Leadership Choices – included senior line management positions in the international banking, market research and consulting sectors.

Bill is one of the three original founders of Leadership Choices and a Senior Partner. He is also Managing Director of Leadership Choices UK. He is used to working in challenging multi-cultural environments and he has carried out assignments in most European countries, the USA, the Middle East and the Far East.

Bill’s coaching style is flexible, immediately relevant to real-life issues the coachee faces in his or her business and uses a selection of proven techniques – tailored to the coachee’s needs - that result in significant and sustained performance improvement.

Bill is a UK national, resident in Germany. He is a qualified Master Business Coach, is a member of EMCC, has a Masters degree from Glasgow University and holds an AIB (Scot) banking qualification.

Well, I thought - why not ask them? At the end of February I facilitated a panel Q[&]A session in my role as Guildford Area Coordinator of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. On the panel were heads of HR, Learning and Development and Organisational Development from 3 multinationals based in and around the Guildford area. So, what are these buyers of coaching looking for? The key requirements seemed to me to be twofold – quality assurance and value for money.
