Together with our friends from WHU we are organizing the OPEN University. Here, insights and perspectives from academic research on leadership and corporate culture are shared and discussed with high-caliber executives from different backgrounds. Another element are case study sessions where leaders openly share and discuss their current leadership challenges with the participants. Each OPEN University has a distinct theme and a logical flow which fits to this.
