This gives us a lot of freedom of mind and fosters a lot of creativity and opera-tional efficiency. The assets of our company are held by Karsten Drath and Uwe Achterholt. Both have extensive experience from their work in industry and consulting. For many years now, they have jointly served as managing directors responsible for the management of leadership choices GmbH.
