The Executive FiRE Index is a scientifically grounded diagnostic and development tool designed to measure resilience and self-management skills in executives.

In this certification program, you will learn about the FiRE model, its structure, and how to conduct feedback sessions professionally. After passing an online exam, you will be able to apply the Executive FiRE Index effectively in coaching, leadership, and HR contexts.
The certification is designed to be practical: You will experience the Executive FiRE Index through your own example, reflect on your results, and practice using the tool professionally in small groups.

Workshops: October 9th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM each day

Note: Participants must attend the kick-off session, all four workshops in full and successfully pass the subsequent EFI exam to receive the certificate. For practical application, you will receive three free Executive FiRE Index vouchers for your own clients.
