A former Equity Partner and Head of the Global Financial Services Practice with one of the leading European Executive Search firms, Nicole has gained in-depth functional leadership experience in aligning a virtual global team of 50+ Partners based in more than 35 countries.
Nicole has over 20 years of experience in global executive recruiting and assessment, career coaching and Global Account Management. Some of her client relationships included Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, AXA Private Equity (now ARDIAN), Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Pimco, Siemens Financial Services, ABB, GE Capital, McKinsey, and Accenture. Her executive coaching assignments include clients such as Coca Cola, Merck Serono, Deutsche Telecom and Commerzbank.
Nicole works predominantly with teams and leaders striving for both sustainable change and ongoing development and having the ultimate goal to create the necessary social corporate climate and culture enabling individuals to perform and develop their own potential. Her coaching style is empathetic and creative with a high degree of authenticity and expert intuition.
