Johann Entz-von Zerssen
"The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are." Joseph Campbell
Johann subscribes to the above quote and as a coach he understands his role to be the assistant to his clients to step into the space of their 'being' wholeheartedly, to be able to face the challenges life throws at them every day. Over the past 20 years he has come to understand how difficult and yet possible change is for individuals and teams/organisations, once awareness and a willingness to address these challenges has surfaced. In his work he makes use of the newest as well as time-tested approaches based on adult development and complexity theory and practice. His aim is to find a healthy balance for his clients between doing and being in the way they make decisions, overcoming learned resistances, integrating 'immunities to change' and thus becoming more authentic in their own personal development and in the way they show up in the world.
Practical information: He has 15 years of leadership experience in the shipping/logistics industry prior 20 years as a coach / facilitator with extensive international and intercultural experience in coaching, team coaching and leadership development and culture change. He has worked closely with leaders and teams in the start-up scene, SMEs as well as multinational organisations, Governments and Universities.
He is on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute CTI and a founding member and past president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) chapter in Germany as well as a past member of the Board of Directors of the ICF.
