Until 2015 he was the VP for Global Development at Beiersdorf, he had been the European Learning & Development Leader for GE, leading the GE Academy for 90.000 employees, and Global Head for Talent & Leadership Development for Deutsche Bank´s Group Finance division, after having spent 5 years with UBS in various roles as the Head Leadership Development US for Global Wealth Management, based in New York. He has supported large enterprises to build a suitable corporate leadership culture for the future and has recently been leading projects like “Leadership 2020” for Daimler.
