Henrik has an extensive international business and leadership background gained over 15 years. He held leading positions at TCHIBO and MONTBLANC. In his most recent position as Director Learning & Development for MONTBLANC, he was in charge of the global redefinition and activation of the corporate culture.
Henrik works as coach, trainer and facilitator. He has completed several coaching and organizational development certifications and holds a German/Spanish master degree in Business Administration. His working languages are German, English and Spanish.
