Experiencing how coachees succeed is the greatest motivation for Friedemann Derndinger. In this context it does not matter if the goals refer to an organization, the team or an individual person. The coachee as a person with his professional and private situation is for Friedemann always the reference point of the entire coaching process. In contrast, tools and methods are only means to an end.
